Article Submissions

The Drexel Law Review will publish four issues during the 2025–26 academic year.

We welcome submissions from professors, practitioners, judges, and law clerks. Please note that we are currently not accepting submissions written by law students.

Submission Guidelines

In addition to the manuscript, please include a cover letter and resume.

Preference is given to submissions that do not exceed 25,000 words, including footnotes (approximately fifty law review pages), and submissions that are no shorter than 10,000 words.

Citations must be provided in footnotes and conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed. 2020). http://www.legalbluebook.com/

Article Selection Timeframe

You should expect to hear back from us within three to five weeks after your submission date. This timeframe is a general guide and subject to change based on the volume of submissions.

EXPEDITED REQUESTS: Please notify us of your expedited request via Scholastica. We will make every effort to meet your deadline, but generally require no less than two weeks to make an expedited decision.
